It's always good to have some motivational reading material. Thanks to technology, we having amazing resources at our fingertips. These sites and apps really were helpful to me in the beginning, so if you really have no idea where to start, try these:

My Fitness Pal- Helps you easily count calories and tracks your weight loss
WebMD
Measurement Converter- This is great when cooking. I actually got a measurement converter chart from Pampered Chef that goes on my fridge, and I love it.
About.com Weight Loss
Map My Run- Pretty helpful and fun because it gives you all of your run stats.
Map My Fitness
Pinterest- Since I have a newfound love for cooking, you can find so many recipes and workout tips.
